I have known Pat Lynch and his firm since 1990. I well remember our first meeting when I was a potential candidate. PJ Lynch Associates had been tasked by the Board of Directors of Savin Corporation to find a Vice President for what was to be a new Service Division. The position was considered sensitive in that both Savin’s Dealer Division and Retail Branch organization needed to be supported yet the entire service process needed to be significantly improved and streamlined at the same time. I remember thinking after our interviews that you had an excellent perspective on both the operational challenges and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in what was arguably a volatile situation.
